About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or three years of work experience in a relevant food manufacturing position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and the ability to lead others.
• Must reside in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, following company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. People leaders must also drive responsible AI adoption, enable effective use of approved solutions, identify opportunities to improve team performance through AI, and ensure accountability for the quality and accuracy of AI-supported outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of warehousing experience preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train Warehouse Department employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Schedule and manage overtime.
• Appraise employee performance and administer discipline.
• Address employee complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain accurate inventory for products received from the floor and outside vendors.
• Manage housekeeping in the dock area.
• Ensure product quality and safety processes are consistently followed.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow Tyson Foods safety and policy procedures.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed.
