About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for a Tactical Security Supervisor / Officer role in Horn Lake, Mississippi. The position involves patrolling sensitive environments, observing and anticipating risks, and protecting people and property. The supervisor oversees second-shift officers on designated days. The schedule is full-time, second shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday through Tuesday. A valid driver’s license is required, and applicants must be at least 21 years old. The listed hourly rate is $18.96 for a Supervisor and $17.68 for an Officer. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a state license if required.
• Complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Security Supervisor experience is preferred.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities
