About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Supervisor to protect people and property by monitoring environments, anticipating risks, and responding to incidents. The role involves patrolling sensitive areas and requires standing and walking throughout the shift. The position is located in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a part-time schedule on Fridays and Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hourly wage is $20.80.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and describes opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Have prior leadership and supervisory experience.
• Be at least 23 years of age.
• Be CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, or willing to obtain certification.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift and walk more than 10,000 steps per day.
• Have a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Military or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
