About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Supervisor in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on identifying and anticipating risks while protecting people and property. The supervisor patrols sensitive areas, controls access, responds to threats and alarms, checks security equipment, documents incidents, and collaborates with law enforcement during serious incidents. The position requires standing and walking throughout the shift and may involve patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, or detention centers.

The schedule is full-time, Thursday through Monday, 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m., for 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $24.92. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to operate company vehicles.
• Have prior supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
