About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Supervisor in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role involves patrolling sensitive areas, observing and anticipating risks, controlling access to secure areas, responding to alarms and incidents, and helping protect people and property. The supervisor works a part-time schedule on Fridays and Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Physical ability is essential, including standing and walking throughout the shift and walking more than 10,000 steps per day. The position pays $20.80 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift and walk more than 10,000 steps per day.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Have prior leadership and supervisory experience.
• Be at least 23 years of age.
• Hold CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications, or be willing to obtain them.
• Have a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Military or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
