Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings
About The Position
The Retail Inventory Supervisor coaches and develops Inventory Associates, follows a consistent workflow, and serves as a primary contact for inventory-related concerns. The role partners with District Managers and Area Managers to support operational excellence, maintain accuracy, and travel to retail locations. The supervisor is expected to lead by example and demonstrate the company’s values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. This morning-schedule role offers flexible scheduling and paid training. Work involves frequent travel to retail locations, with occasional overnight stays and occasional air travel. The position requires standing for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, frequent squatting, kneeling, or crouching, frequent ladder use, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent; no degree is required.
- At least two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or in a similar role.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong time-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines, if required.
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or compliance with WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, with occasional walking.
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
- Ability to frequently squat, kneel, or crouch and frequently use a ladder.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to travel frequently by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
