About The Position

ImageFIRST is a national linen rental and laundry service specializing in the healthcare market. The Production Supervisor oversees production associates and operations, ensuring production standards and schedules meet required product needs. The role also manages quality assurance, product control to minimize loss, and the safety and health program, including compliance with OSHA regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse or plant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with general PC applications.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.

• Excel proficiency.
• Healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Associates.
• Manage production standards.
• Manage the production schedule to deliver required products.
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements.
• Manage the product control program to minimize loss, including clean return audits and load-out management.
• Manage the Safety & Health Program and ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a high associate approval rating.
