About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items from perishable and non-perishable departments for online orders.
• Check product quality and ensure orders are accurate and fresh.
• Bag items carefully and keep orders organized and ready for pickup.
• Manage substitutions when items are unavailable and identify appropriate alternatives.
• Coordinate orders for timely handoff to pickup customers or for delivery.
• Use handheld devices and digital systems to pick and track orders.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding pickup orders.
• Coordinate order needs with team members and follow department processes.
• Follow company order fulfillment, safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
