About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup, carefully bag items, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff or delivery. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Organization and time-management skills to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing order volume and priorities throughout the shift.
• Awareness of order fulfillment processes and coordination with team members.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items across perishable and non-perishable departments for online orders.
• Check product quality and ensure order accuracy.
