About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup, carefully bag items, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff or delivery. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products across perishable and non-perishable departments for online orders.
• Check product quality and ensure orders are accurate and fresh.
• Keep orders organized and ready for pickup.
• Bag items carefully and manage substitutions when products are unavailable.
• Coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers or preparation for delivery.
• Use handheld devices and digital systems to pick and track orders.
• Identify out-of-stock items and select appropriate substitutions.
• Follow order fulfillment processes, company standards, safety requirements, sanitation rules, and dress standards.
• Coordinate order needs with team members and department processes.
• Adapt to changing order volume and priorities throughout the shift.
• Assist customers picking up orders through clear and professional communication.
