About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking product quality, and making selections that meet customer expectations. You help ensure orders are accurate and groceries are fresh.

You also organize orders for pickup, bag items carefully, manage substitutions, and coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
