About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating timely handoffs. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different areas of the store.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick items for online orders throughout the store.
• Check product quality and select high-quality perishable and non-perishable items.
• Fulfill orders accurately, including selecting appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Bag and organize orders for pickup or delivery.
• Coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers.
• Use handheld devices and digital systems to pick and track orders.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coordinate order needs with team members.
• Follow order fulfillment processes, company policies, safety and sanitation requirements, and dress standards.
