About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking quality, and choosing products that meet customer expectations for accuracy and freshness. You organize orders for pickup, carefully bag items, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate timely handoffs to customers. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced environment.

This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards. Starting rates are no less than the local minimum wage and may vary by location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the store and lift up to 50 lbs.
