About The Position

The In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, selects high-quality products for customers who shop online. The role involves moving throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations for accurate and fresh groceries.

The shopper also organizes orders for pickup, bags items carefully, manages substitutions, and coordinates orders for timely handoff to customers. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady-paced, fast-moving store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.
