About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check quality, and choose products that meet customer expectations, ensuring orders are accurate and groceries are fresh.

You also organize orders for pickup, bag items carefully, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Organization and time-management skills for handling multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Adaptability to changing order volume and priorities throughout the shift.
