About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, you select high-quality products for online customers, taking care with each selection and quickly identifying substitute products when needed. You also help customers and associates in the store. When online orders are slow, you may work in other departments, providing opportunities to learn and grow. The role suits someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a fast-paced, team-based environment, is flexible about working in different departments, and is eager to learn and help others.

Responsibilities

• Select products for online shoppers with care and attention to quality.
• Determine substitute products for online orders when needed.
