About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also known as a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely handoff or delivery. The role involves steady activity in a fast-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the store, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in different store areas.
• Ability to follow company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Comfort adapting to changing order volume and priorities.

Responsibilities
