About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store, pick items across perishable and non-perishable departments, check product quality, and make selections with care to ensure orders are accurate and fresh.

You also organize orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery. This includes carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely handoff to customers. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady-paced environment, with movement throughout the store and changing order volumes and priorities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the store, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in different store areas.
• Must comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
