About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers shopping online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customers’ expectations. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup, carefully bag items, manage substitutions, and coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers. The role involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience.
