About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking product quality, and making selections that meet customers’ expectations. You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup or delivery by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating timely handoffs. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady, fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service, accuracy, organization, comfort using handheld devices and digital order systems, and the ability to adapt to changing order volumes and priorities. The role involves continuous movement throughout store areas and lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees must follow company policies and applicable safety, sanitation, and dress standards. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Requirements
