In-Store Shopper
About The Position
As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers shopping online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You help ensure orders are accurate and groceries are fresh. You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup or delivery. This includes carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely handoff to customers. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady-paced store environment. Employees must follow company, division, and store policies and applicable laws. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
- Strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
- Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.
- Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy and adapt to changing order volume and priorities.

- Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with customers during pickup order assistance.
- Follow order fulfillment processes, company standards, and safety, sanitation, and dress policies.
- Coordinate order needs with team members and department processes.
