About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely customer handoff. The role involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move continuously throughout different store areas and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick items for online customer orders throughout the store.
• Check product quality and select fresh, high-quality items from perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Bag items carefully and keep orders organized and ready for pickup.
• Manage substitutions when items are unavailable and identify out-of-stock products.
• Coordinate orders with team members and prepare them for timely customer handoff, delivery, or pickup.
• Use handheld devices and digital systems to pick and track orders.
• Follow order fulfillment processes, company standards, and safety, sanitation, and dress policies.
• Assist customers with pickup orders using clear and professional communication.
