About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking product quality, and choosing products as you would for yourself, with the goal of providing accurate and fresh groceries.

You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup. This includes carefully bagging items, managing substitutions when needed, and coordinating orders for timely handoff to customers. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
