About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You organize and prepare orders for pickup or delivery by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating timely handoffs. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products across perishable and non-perishable departments for online customer orders.
• Check product quality and ensure order accuracy, including appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Bag and organize orders for pickup or delivery.
• Coordinate orders and timely handoffs with customers and team members.
• Use handheld devices and digital systems to pick and track orders.
• Follow order fulfillment processes, company standards, and safety, sanitation, and dress policies.
• Manage multiple orders and changing priorities throughout the shift.
