About The Position

Synera is a fast-growing company that has built the industry's leading AI Agent platform for engineering teams. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the US to be the first point of contact for potential customers, including C-level executives, engineering leaders, and innovation teams at deep-tech companies. The SDR's mission is to convert curiosity into conversations and conversations into business opportunities. This is a hands-on role involving significant phone and message outreach to prospects. The SDR will learn to position and pitch an AI product, drive thought leadership in AI, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies in the US. The ideal candidate is motivated by momentum, enjoys the challenge of engaging skeptical prospects, and is eager to start a sales career in the exciting field of AI.

Requirements

  • Solid and proven experience in outbound activities in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Track record with convincing results (e.g., overachieving quota for multiple quarters).
  • Ability to pitch complex technical solutions.
  • Resilience with a growth mindset, able to handle rejection and iterate quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).
  • Enjoyment of hunting for opportunities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Engage senior leaders and decision-makers via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls), aiming for 60+ activities per day.
  • Shape and manage targeted outbound campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing team to optimize messaging.
  • Spark interest in Synera’s Agentic AI solutions through compelling storytelling and value-driven conversations.
  • Experiment with creative ways to engage senior leaders and build trustful relationships.
  • Analyze outreach performance, test new approaches, and refine the SDR playbook.
