About The Position

Requirements

• 1 year or more of customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Proven communication skills
• The ability to work a rotating Saturday shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Responsibilities

• Professionally welcome and assist customers.
• Identify customer needs and guide them toward the right tools or equipment.
• Handle sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading.
• Stay informed about Acme Tools' product offerings.
• Serve as a product expert and field customer inquiries.
• Generate sales quotes.
• Facilitate equipment purchases.
• Provide post-sale follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Actively participate in store events.
• Prioritize safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
