About The Position
Adams Homes is hiring a New Home Realtor to work onsite in a new home community in Bailey, North Carolina. The role uses a proven sales system and involves learning the community, home plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition. The Realtor generates leads, develops sales opportunities, and guides buyers from their first interaction through contract and closing while providing an exceptional customer experience and meeting sales expectations. Weekend availability is required, and model homes are open daily, typically until 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. The position offers 2% commission with no brokerage splits and uncapped earning potential. Adams Homes provides a consistent inventory of homes, covers most marketing expenses, and offers ongoing sales training, onboarding, coaching, and professional development through Forrest Performance Group. Requirements
- Active North Carolina real estate license.
- Coachable, accountable, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.

- Ability to create opportunities and build lasting relationships through persistent outreach.
- Availability to work onsite on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Work onsite in a new home community and use the company's proven sales system.
- Become knowledgeable about the community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.
- Proactively generate leads and create sales opportunities.
- Guide buyers through the homebuying process from initial interaction through contract and closing.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, meet sales expectations, and pursue ongoing growth.
- Work onsite during weekends as required.
