About The Position
Lightspeed Restoration is hiring a Business Developer focused on building relationships with realtors, property managers, and maintenance companies across San Antonio. The goal is to become the first restoration company these contacts call when water, fire, mold, or storm damage affects a listing, rental, or client property. This W-2 employee position pays a $290 weekly draw against commission. The employee earns 15% of revenue from every referred restoration job, with uncapped commission. The weekly draw is paid each week; when the 15% commission on referred revenue exceeds $290 in a week, the employee earns the additional amount above the draw.
