About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Customer Service Program Manager for an upcoming project opportunity with the NYC DOE Service and Support RFP. This role involves potential customer service, service delivery, vendor support, and operational support, pending final solicitation package review. The program manager will coordinate service delivery planning, stakeholder communication, issue escalation, reporting, and quality controls.
Requirements
- Relevant experience for this project-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, customer-service, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, customer service, CRM, contact center, or consulting projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service delivery planning, stakeholder communication, issue escalation, reporting, and quality controls.
- Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements.
- Provide role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on the assigned consultant role and related technical work.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for the assigned portion of the work.
