About The Position
Enervee is hiring a Utility Program Manager to run utility programs day to day and serve as a clear, steady point of contact for utility partners. The role works with utility program managers and Enervee’s customer care, commerce, engineering, growth, and analyst teams to keep programs operating smoothly, particularly during West Coast business hours. The position includes configuring programs on Enervee’s platform, coordinating launches and campaigns, reporting on program performance, and communicating plans and updates to partners. The successful candidate will use AI to automate recurring reports and workflows. Success in the first year includes providing utility partners with prompt, clear answers; delivering accurate, timely reports; and delivering at least one program launch on time. The role is remote in the Pacific or Mountain time zones and includes occasional travel to utility partners and team gatherings. It reports to the lead of the Solutions team.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in customer success, account management, solutions, or program management; SaaS platform experience is preferred.
- Self-directed, takes ownership, and learns new systems and domains quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in plain language and write actionable updates.
- Organized and dependable, able to manage multiple moving parts without letting tasks fall through the cracks.
- Comfortable with technology and data, including following data flows, configuring software, and explaining data clearly.
- Uses AI tools daily and seeks ways to accomplish more with less.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with utility efficiency or demand response programs, or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with rebate processing or program reporting.
- Experience with HubSpot, BI tools, Snowflake, or SQL.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for utility program managers, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead regular meetings with utility program teams to review performance, plan next steps, and maintain alignment.
- Configure programs on Enervee’s platform, including rebates, eligibility rules, and new product categories.
- Deliver monthly program reporting in collaboration with the analyst team.
- Write partner updates, launch plans, and documentation.
- Coordinate program launches and campaigns with marketing and commerce teams.
- Use AI to automate recurring reports and workflows.
