About The Position

Salesforce Trust and Infrastructure is seeking a Technical Program Management Senior Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives for the Salesforce Trust Platform. This high-impact individual contributor role will drive the strategic evolution of Hyperforce across operating zones and customers, including networking and connectivity services, security, and scalability. The role partners with senior leadership and technology teams to turn vision into execution, delivering consistent developer, operator, and user experiences while maintaining high standards for security, privacy, availability, data residency, compliance, and scalability. The successful candidate brings infrastructure program leadership and expertise in enterprise systems and public cloud services, including networking, compute, and storage. They will lead programs in identity and access, data security, network security, and technical resilience, while advancing Salesforce’s global security strategy and delivering tangible business value.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in technical leadership.
At least 8 years of recent experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure programs with proven impactful business outcomes.
Ability to establish and maintain credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical experts, and cross-functional team members.
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own technical program planning and delivery for programs in Identity and Access, Data Security, Network Security, and Technical Resilience.
Drive infrastructure uplifts across Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity services.
Translate business objectives into tactical and strategic execution plans and lead their delivery through collaboration and agile leadership.
Build trusted relationships with technology and functional stakeholders, maintain focus on strategic objectives, and support accountability for program responsibilities.
Use agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle to partner with product and engineering organizations.
Collaborate with senior managers and engineers to develop technical and operational designs that deliver value quickly to customers.
Initiate programs and align teams on business objectives, program structures, planning, and cross-functional support.
Lead regular stakeholder reviews, provide transparent updates, drive decisions, remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and address risks and issues.
Report program status, including decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, and metrics, and collect data to inform decisions and resolve issues.
Maintain clarity and momentum so teams meet business objectives and program commitments.
Use internal tools and an agile mindset to foster autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Act as an organizational thought leader, advancing global security strategy and challenging teams to move beyond the current state.
