Lead key initiatives in Amazon's Account Health Assurance program supporting high-performing sellers, driving operational excellence through policy engagement frameworks, bad actor prevention systems, and seller experience innovations. Manage cross-functional partnerships with policy teams, compliance, and other partner organizations to improve seller experience and decrease unexpected account suspension. Develop and execute strategic initiatives that balance seller protection with customer trust. Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, establish performance metrics and goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a new seller remediation experience.
  • Partner with policy teams and implement process improvements, driving cross-functional collaboration with legal, policy, and product stakeholders.
  • Create mechanisms to efficiently identify and track improvement opportunities across multiple teams based on data and anecdotes, and measure the impact of these improvements for all sellers.
  • Keep owners accountable to ETAs.
  • Analyze seller feedback and metrics to optimize appeal processes.
  • Manage program strategy and metrics, communicating results to senior leadership.
