The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for reviewing technical documentation for accuracy and compliance, managing Provisioning Contract Control Numbers (PCCNs), investigating and documenting issues with Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), and ensuring PCCNs/Design Change Notices (DCNs) are properly incorporated into published APLs. This role involves uploading drawings and technical data, reviewing and uploading Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU) reports, assisting the Supply Support Lead with a master provisioning tracker, participating in supply/provisioning meetings, and interfacing with Source Providers to ensure timely delivery of source data. The specialist will also track feedback from NAVSUP and DLA for incorporation and review APLs for consistency across baselines.
