To that end, we are seeking an Office Manager to oversee office administration and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for you to support the operational foundation of a mission-driven organization and help ensure staff across the country have what they need to succeed. We’re looking for someone who can have an immediate and meaningful impact on our work, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. The Office Manager provides essential administrative and operational coordination to the organization, helping ensure that office systems, supplies, communications, and processes run smoothly and effectively. Working closely with the Director of Administration and collaborating across teams, this position supports staff needs, coordinates logistical and administrative activities, and helps maintain an organized and welcoming work environment. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and supporting colleagues in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.
