About The Position

RSM’s Family Office Enterprise practice serves ultra-high-net-worth families across their family offices, operating businesses, and investment structures. It provides integrated services and support throughout the family office lifecycle, including governance, family education, risk management, privacy and data security, and technology outsourcing. The Tax Senior Manager advises family offices and multigenerational families on tax structuring and modeling, succession and wealth transfer planning, and tax compliance. The role leads client engagements and teams, develops client relationships and business, contributes to the professional development of team members, and supports technical and strategic initiatives across RSM. RSM describes most roles as following a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an office and meeting in person when it supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building; some roles may be virtual or primarily onsite depending on role requirements and needs.
