About The Position

Occupational Therapist (OTR) – In-House. If you’ve worked in SNF therapy under a contract model and felt like the company’s priorities didn’t always match your patients’ needs — this role is intentionally different. We are an in-house, family-owned therapy organization — not a contract therapy company. Our therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, so you can focus on what you were trained to do — delivering meaningful, patient-centered care that changes lives. Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems — a third-generation, family-owned senior living organization operating 12 skilled nursing facilities across Ohio and South Carolina. This isn’t contract therapy. This is a career. Ready to practice the way you were trained?
