About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient occupational therapy at Aspire Senior Living in Kimberly, Wisconsin. The position serves higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. Therapists work with residents in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic, so travel to homes outside the building is not required.

The role offers flexibility to create a schedule and work independently, while contributing to clinic marketing and providing patient-centered care. The position is open to new graduates and offers full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN opportunities. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist, or ability to obtain a license in the state of practice.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings.
• Treat residents in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic.
• Help market the clinic.
• Create and manage an independent schedule.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care.
