About The Position

Central Coast Home Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Home Health Occupational Therapist for areas in San Luis Obispo County, including the Southern San Luis Obispo area (Pismo Beach–Santa Maria), Lompoc, and the Santa Ynez Valley. The therapist provides high-quality care to patients in their homes and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address patient needs, build relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This field-based role requires organization and the ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and set a work schedule.

The position is paid by the visit. Routine visits pay $69.00–$79.00 per visit, evaluations pay $91.00–$104.00 per visit, and admissions pay $172.50–$197.50 per visit. Additional work hours are paid at an hourly rate of $45.00–$50.00. Actual rates vary based on factors including visit type, experience, location, and years of experience. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to full-time field clinicians.

Requirements

• Current California occupational therapist license.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable vehicle for work-related driving.
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Maintain auto insurance coverage.
