About The Position

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll support the Americas marketing manager in executing the North America marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness, generating and nurturing high-quality leads, and supporting regional sales efforts. This role will be based at our Clinton, PA facility near the PIT Airport. Relocation is not being offered for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, but other disciplines with comparable commercial training are welcome.
  • 2-4 of experience in B2B marketing role, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-adjacent environment.
  • Experience coordinating trade shows or events.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably ClickDimensions, Dynamics 365, or similar.
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms - LinkedIn, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Clarity, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping detail.
  • Comfortable working in a lean team where ownership and initiatives are expected.
  • Willing and able to work a set hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation campaigns across multiple industry segments to support customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Build, deploy, and optimize lead nurture email campaigns based on audience segmentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM database, ensuring proper lead tagging and workflow management.
  • Collaborate with marketing automation manager to monitor lead qualification processes and facilitate timely handoff of SQLs.
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events, managing logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and attendee communications.
  • Equip sales representatives with event resources and coordinate post-event lead capture and follow-up activities.
  • Support sales enablement by providing presentations, marketing material, product information, and customer-facing materials.
  • Maintain organized marketing asset libraries, ensuring version control and accessibility for internal teams and distribution partners.
  • Execute distributor co-op marketing programs, including newsletters, targeted email campaigns, co-branded promotions, and advertising initiatives.
  • Coordinate with distributors and external partners to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time and align with brand standards.
  • Track co-op program activity and compile results for review.
  • Support paid media initiatives through asset coordination, UTM tracking, landing page updates, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain and optimize content for digital storefronts, including Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist with marketing budget planning, expense tracking, and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
