About The Position

Inter-State Studio is a family-owned school photography and yearbook company that has served schools for 90 years. The HubSpot Marketing Specialist will take ownership of the HubSpot platform and lead marketing automation, lead generation, and performance analysis. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, optimizing systems and supporting results across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM.
• Proficiency in email marketing, lead generation strategy, and data reporting.
• Strong collaboration, training, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• HubSpot certifications.
• HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience with GA4 or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Build and execute marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and calls to action.
• Create and refine lead scoring models and nurturing workflows.
• Analyze campaign and CRM data to generate actionable insights.
• Support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, and GA4.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams.
