About The Position

The Marketing Ops Systems and Analytics Specialist is the technical owner of marketing operations systems and analytics for EverHealth, a business within EverCommerce. The role administers marketing automation platforms, data architecture, lead scoring and routing models, and reporting infrastructure used by Marketing and go-to-market teams. EverHealth supports four product lines—DrChrono, CMD, Updox, and iSalus—using HubSpot, Marketo, SharpSpring, and Salesforce integrations. The specialist consolidates product-specific technical work into a unified, product-agnostic function, establishing standards, governance, and automation infrastructure for Campaign Operations. Reporting directly to the Head of GTM Systems and Process Optimization, the role partners with Marketing leadership, RevOps Analytics, and GTM Systems. It owns technical administration across the MAP instances and their Salesforce integrations, lead intelligence and lifecycle automation, and marketing analytics and reporting. The position also evaluates and uses AI tools to support lead scoring, marketing infrastructure, and reporting, with human review and approval of AI-generated material. The role may be based anywhere in the United States and can be fully remote, hybrid, or in-office near an EverCommerce office. Travel may be required to the Denver corporate headquarters or other North American offices. Applicants must be eligible to work without sponsorship. The target base compensation is $90,000–$110,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations; final compensation depends on location and candidate experience and expertise.
