About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance function to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment, utilities, and facilities. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manages a team of technicians, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
  • 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machines, assembly lines, and automated equipment.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Proven expertise in preventive, predictive, and reliability-based maintenance.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiar with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
  • Allocate resources, assign work priorities, and monitor performance to meet plant requirements.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC machines, stator/rotor production lines, and assembly equipment.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ensure timely execution of planned shutdowns, equipment overhauls, and capital projects.
  • Maintain plant infrastructure, including utilities (HVAC, compressed air, electrical systems) and building facilities.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available when needed.
  • Oversee calibration of measurement and test equipment.
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
  • Monitor equipment performance and apply root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce recurring failures.
  • Drive projects to improve machine uptime, extend asset life, and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Support audits and maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.
  • Develop and track KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and equipment availability.
