About The Position

Requirements

• At minimum, be a college sophomore pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a cross-functional team, take ownership of assigned work, adapt to changing project needs, and communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to temporarily relocate to Fort Wayne, Indiana, and work 40 hours per week for approximately 8–10 weeks.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to programming, databases, data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, application development, Agile project delivery, or Microsoft 365 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-functional cohort to solve business and technology challenges, from requirements and solution design through testing, delivery, and project handoff.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and fellow interns to understand business needs, define requirements, develop solutions, and communicate project progress.
• Design, build, test, and evaluate technology solutions and proofs of concept using tools and technologies appropriate to assigned projects.
• Participate in an Agile project delivery environment.
• Present project results, recommendations, lessons learned, and demonstrated business value to Operations & IT leaders and other stakeholders.
