The Manager of Labor Planning & Workforce Management supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of labor forecasting, scheduling, and workforce optimization across a multi-location organization. This role focuses on operational execution and analytical support of the labor planning lifecycle, partnering with Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to ensure accurate data and forecasts, accurate demand generation, compliant schedules, and effective use of Workforce Management (WFM) tools.
