About The Position

Overhead Door Company of Kansas City™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring experienced installers and trainees to work in Olathe, Kansas, and surrounding areas. The role involves installing residential garage doors and door hardware. Candidates with experience in construction, maintenance, handyman work, general labor, service technology, installation, carpentry, mechanics, assembly, or another skilled trade are encouraged to apply; training is available.

The position requires a personal truck for work-related vehicle use. DH Pace provides a truck rack and mileage reimbursement. A $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid training, and tool and boot allowances are offered. Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, drug screen, and driving-record check if applicable is required before hire.

Requirements

• Personal truck required; a company-provided truck rack and mileage reimbursement are provided for vehicle usage.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds overhead.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, drug screen, and driving-record check if applicable before hire.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction, maintenance, or mechanics is helpful, but not required; training is available.
