About The Position

Goodmans is seeking a reliable, full-time Installer for its Phoenix team. The role involves field work delivering and installing furniture at customer sites. Installers work with a team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately, represent Goodmans professionally on-site, and take pride in quality work and resolving problems.

Requirements

• Experience with installation, construction, moving, or similar work.
• Dependability and readiness to work.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems on the fly.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to safety.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50+ lbs.
• Ability to push and pull heavier items with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the day.
• Comfort using tools and working with hands.
• Ability to meet DOT clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install furniture safely and efficiently at customer sites.
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment with care.
• Read job details and ensure work is completed correctly.
• Identify and report issues, punch list items, or changes.
• Work closely with the team to complete jobs.
• Represent Goodmans professionally on-site.
• Look for efficient ways to work, support teammates, and resolve problems.
• Travel occasionally, including for some out-of-state jobs.
