About The Position

HomeTeam Installers install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings and perform termite treatment services along a scheduled route. They work independently while interacting with homeowners, homebuilders, subcontractors, and field managers to meet service and construction deadlines. The role includes providing customer service, maintaining a professional appearance and tidy company truck and equipment, submitting accurate service tickets, and maintaining pest control licensing and knowledge through regular seminars. Saturday work may be needed to meet builder home-completion timelines. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing; licensing is company-paid.
• Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties, with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule and arrive at each job site on time.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings along the scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and coordinate with homebuilders, subcontractors, and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear, and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners while working the route.
• Maintain a professional, tidy appearance, including the company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain a pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Work Saturdays as needed to complete installs according to builder home-completion timelines.
