About The Position

The Installer installs company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes preparing for daily jobs, inspecting vehicles and job sites, handling and staging materials, reporting concerns, and performing warehouse-related duties as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position involving local travel to job sites and out-of-town travel as required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required when operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling; good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength; and lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
Install company products in accordance with work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines.
Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
