About The Position

The Glass Installer for Construction Resources is responsible for properly installing various types of glass and mirrors. The role requires the ability to cut and safely handle glass, mirrors, enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories, and door hardware. The Installer provides excellent customer service, communicates effectively, and works as part of a team with a Crew Leader. This is an onsite, full-time W-2 employee position paid on a piece-rate basis. Overtime may be required as business needs dictate.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in the construction or carpentry industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors, enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories, and door hardware.
• Excellent customer service skills and willingness to work in a team environment with a Crew Leader.

Nice To Haves

• Prior glass work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto the truck, log them, and document returned materials.
• Read and erect shelving templates according to job specifications.
• Drill and install hardware accurately according to job specifications.
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly according to job specifications.
• Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units, and install mirrors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
