About The Position

Requirements

At least one year of glass installation experience; glass cutting experience is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of basic tools of the trade.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured to drive a company vehicle.
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
Comfort working at heights and using ladders and lifts.
Comfort using mobile technology and digital software.
Prior job experience must be verifiable through reference checks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to take accurate measurements.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and make recommendations to customers.

Responsibilities

Install flat glass products for doors, storefronts, windows, showers, mirrors, tabletops, and other glass-related items.
Perform repairs as necessary.
Cut glass to size for custom projects.
Take precise measurements to ensure materials meet specified dimensions.
Evaluate the customer’s home or business to determine other service needs.
Explain recommended services to customers and help put them at ease.
Collect payment from customers for work performed.
Complete scheduled jobs on time and provide a high-quality customer experience.
